Another list of scientific E-Journals can be found on the Science Libraries home page. The Chemistry Library list contains scientific electronic journals considered to be of special relevance to chemists.
Costs
There are some titles on this list for which the user must pay in order to retrieve a copy of an article. The cost might be a database fee or a cost per article retrieved or both. Those are indicated by a $ below.In the text below, the following symbols reflect the cost information about electronic journal articles to which we have access:
+ No cost to the user; an IU unit has paid for access to the e-journal.
-+ No cost at the present time; the paper subscription provides access.
- No cost at the present time; there may be a charge at a later date.
$ The user must pay for the cost of an article retrieved.
[Source] When there is not a direct Internet connection to the journal
title or when the access requires a password, the service or site which
provides access is indicated in brackets following the title.
